【摘要】 目的探讨宁夏吴忠市某医院原发性高血压住院患者的血尿酸与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的关系。方法选择2015年1月1日至2017年6月1日宁夏吴忠市人民医院心血管内科诊治的原发性高血压住院患者623例。采用多因素线性回归分析Hcy对尿酸的影响,并进行分层和交互作用分析。结果 623例原发性高血压患者的平均年龄(64.61±11.15)岁,其中男性279例(44.78%),回族314例(50.40%)。随着Hcy水平升高,尿酸水平和高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)患病率均逐渐升高。多元线性回归分析显示:调整性别、年龄、民族、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血肌酐、收缩压(SBP)、吸烟、糖尿病、心血管病、降压药、降糖药和降脂药等混杂因素后,Hcy每升高1μmol·L-1,尿酸水平升高0.45μmol·L-(195%CI:0.06～0.85,P=0.025)。与Hcy最低四分位组相比,Hcy第二、三、四等分位组尿酸水平逐渐增加,第四等分位组尿酸水平较第一分位组增加38.97μmol·L-(195%CI:18.38～59.56,P<0.001)。分层分析未见明显交互作用项(P交互均>0.05)。结论宁夏吴忠市人民医院原发性高血压患者血Hcy和尿酸之间存在相关性,Hcy是HUA的独立影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the association of plasm uric acid(UA) and homocysteine(Hcy)in the inpatients with primary hypertension. Methods A total of 623 inpatients diagnosed as primary hypertension in Wuzhong People’s Hospital of Ningxia Province were enrolled in the study.Multivariate linear regression analyses were used to examine the association of Hcy and UA levels,and further tests for interactions were performed according to associated covariates. Results The average age of 623 patients with essential hypertension was(64.61±1.15)years old,including 279 males(44.78%)and 314 Hui nationality(50.40%). In multivariate linear regression analyses,UA level was linearly associated with Hcy level after adjusting for age,sex,ethnic,smoking status,systolic blood pressure,total cholesterol,triglyceride,creatinine,historyof diabetes,cardiovascular disease,antihypertensive,hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering agents. Furthermore,there was no interaction in the subgroup analyses. Conclusion There is a correlation between Hcy and uric acid levels in patients with essential hypertension in Ningxia Wuzhong People’s Hospital. Hcy is an independent factor of hyperuricemia.更多还原
