【摘要】 目的探讨精囊镜检查在顽固性血精中的临床应用。方法选取2015年6月至2018年6月就诊于石嘴山市第二人民医院的顽固性血精患者41例,均行精囊镜检查,观察患者术后3个月治愈情况、并发症及复发情况,并比较患者手术前后生活质量。结果 41例患者治愈34例,治愈率为82.93%。4例患者术后发生并发症(9.76%)。患者术后3个月生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康评分均高于术前(P均<0.05)。术后3个月患者复发3例,复发率为7.32%。结论精囊镜检查对于保守治疗无效的顽固性血精患者治疗效果较好,可在临床应用推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application of seminal vesicle microscopy in patients with intractable blood semen. Methods In this study,41 patients with intractable hemspermy from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected from Shizuishan Second People’s Hospital,all of them were examined by seminal vesicle microscopy.The recovery,complications and recurrence of the patients were observed 3 months after the operation,and the quality of life of the patients before and after the operation was compared. Results 34 of 41 patients were cured,the cure rate was 82.93%. Postoperative complications occurred in 4 out of 41 patients,with an incidence of 9.76%. The scores of physiological function,physical function,somatic pain,general health,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health for 3 months after the operation were higher than those before the operation(P all<0.05). And 3 cases recurred 3 months after operation,the recurrence rate was 7.32%. Conclusion The effect of seminal vesicoscopy on refractory hematospermia is better.It is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
