【摘要】 为了了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下不同护士群体的心理健康现状,并分析其影响因素,采取整群随机抽样,选取西安交通大学第二附属医院援鄂抗疫一线护士、院内抗疫一线护士、院内普通病房护士共计452名,采用心理健康量表、领悟社会支持量表进行问卷调查,并运用多元线性回归分析不同护士群体心理健康的影响因素。结果发现,援鄂抗疫一线护士与本院抗疫一线护士的心理健康得分低于普通病房护士(F=15.145,P<0.001);领悟社会支持得分高于普通病房(F=20.798,P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,不同护士群体心理健康水平的影响因素不同(P<0.05)。因此,医院管理部门应加强对不同护士群体的心理健康监测与干预,提高其领悟社会支持水平,从而提其护理质量,促进患者康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 To understand the mental health status of different nurse groups under the COVID-19 and to analyze its influencing factors. A total of 452 nurses from the first-line of anti-epidemic of our hospital, nurses from the first-line of anti-epidemic of the hospital and nurses from the general wards of the hospital were selected by cluster random sampling. The Mental Health Scale and the Perceived Social Support Scale were used for the questionnaire survey, and multivariate linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of mental health of different groups of nurses. The results showed that the mental health scores of nurses from the first-line of anti-epidemic of our hospital and nurses from the first-line of anti-epidemic of the hospital were lower than those of the nurses in the general ward(F=15.145, P<0.001); the score of comprehension of social support was higher than that of the general ward(F=20.798, P<0.001). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of mental health level of different nurse groups are different(P<0.05). Therefore, the hospital management department should strengthen the mental health monitoring and intervention of different nurse groups to improve their understanding of social support, so as to improve the quality of their care and promote patient recovery.更多还原
