【摘要】 新型冠状病毒肺炎作为新发急性呼吸道传染病,传播速度快,对人类健康危害大,在疾病初期无特效药,治疗无参考资料,诊疗和研究被迫同步进行。国家卫生健康委员会先后发布了八个试行版本的诊疗方案,对疫情的诊疗做出了突出的贡献,挽救了无数的生命。对诊疗中可能存在的伦理问题进行探讨,从而保证患者在临床诊疗或研究中享有其正当权益。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a new acute respiratory infectious disease, the COVID-19 has spread quickly and is harmful to human health. In the early stage of the disease, there is no specific drug and no reference material for treatment, and diagnosis. Diagnosis, treatment and research are forced to be carried out simultaneously.The National Health Commission has released eight pilot versions of the diagnosis and treatment plan, which has made outstanding contributions to the diagnosis and treatment of the epidemic and saved countless lives. This study explored some possible ethical issues in diagnosis and treatment, so as to protect patients’ rights and interests in public health emergencies.更多还原
