【摘要】 在信息技术高度发展的今天,新媒体作为新兴的媒介方式已经渗透到社会生活的方方面面,为医疗信息的快速获取带来便利的同时,也为医患关系的和谐发展带来了新的挑战。基于新媒体的视角,分析在舆情扩散的背景下,信息的迅速传播对医疗领域以及医患关系带来的问题及影响,探讨如何通过引导新媒体体系的行为与传播机制,规避新媒体带来的负面效应。通过提高公众的媒介素养,制定相关政策与法律法规,并发挥意见领袖的正面导向作用等策略,为营造良好的新媒体环境和构建和谐医患关系提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this highly developed information technology, as an emerging media mode, new media has penetrated all aspects of social life. It not only brings convenience to the rapid acquisition of medical information, but also brings new challenges to the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship. Based on the perspective of new media, this study analyzed the problems and impacts of the rapid spread of information on the medical field and doctor-patient relationship under the background of public opinion diffusion, and explored how to avoid the negative effects brought by new media by guiding the behavior and communication mechanism of new media system.By improving the public’s media literacy,formulating relevant policies and legal systems, and giving play to the positive guiding role of opinion leaders and others, it can provide a reference for creating a good new media environment and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.更多还原
