【摘要】 为探索新冠肺炎定点收治医院一线护士知觉压力水平对其心理弹性的影响,并验证职业使命感在两者间的中介效应。对泰安市三所新冠肺炎定点收治医院266名临床一线护理人员采用心理弹性量表、职业使命感量表、知觉压力问卷进行调查。结果显示,新冠肺炎定点收治医院一线护理人员的心理弹性总分为(65.66±13.82)分,职业使命感总分为(41.64±6.65)分,知觉压力总分为(39.08±5.79)分;一线护士的心理弹性与职业使命感呈正相关(r=0.543,P<0.01),与知觉压力呈负相关(r=-0.646,P<0.01);通径分析显示,知觉压力既可以直接预测职业使命感和心理弹性(β=-0.50,-0.57),也可以通过职业使命感间接预测心理弹性(β=0.33),且间接效应占总效应的22.45%。得出新冠肺炎定点收治医院一线护士知觉压力较大,护理人员的知觉压力与职业使命感、心理弹性存在密切关系,职业使命感在知觉压力和心理弹性间起部分中介作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the effect of perceived stress on psychological resilience of first-line nurses in hospitals designated for treatment of patients with COVID-19, and to verify the mediating role of professional mission between them. The psychological resilience scale, professional mission scale and perceived stress questionnaire were used to investigate 266 clinical first-line nurses in three hospitals designated for treatment of patients with COVID-19 in Tai’an. The results showed that the total score of psychological resilience, professional mission and perceived stress of first-line nurses in hospitals designated for treatment of patients with COVID-19 were(65.66±13.82),(41.64±6.65) and(39.08±5.79). Psychological resilience of first-line nurses was positively correlated with professional mission(r=0.543, P<0.01), and negatively correlated with perceived stress(r=-0.646, P<0.01). Path analysis showed that perceived stress could not only directly predict professional mission and psychological resilience(β=-0.50,-0.57), but also indirectly predict professional mission through psychological resilience(β=0.33), and the indirect effect accounts for 22.45% of total effect. It is concluded that perceived stress of first-line nurses in hospitals designated for treatment of patients with COVID-19 was relatively large, perceived stress of nurses was closely related to professional mission and psychological resilience. Furthermore, professional mission was shown to play a partial inter mediating role between perceived stress and psychological resilience.更多还原
