【摘要】 社区居家"绿色养老"理念以党的十八届五中全会提出的绿色发展新理念为基础,回应了我国人口老龄化加速、家庭结构日益小型化、劳动力流动性加剧、城市空巢老人规模扩大的趋势,旨在实现健康老龄化的战略目标。但无论从社会"绿色养老"意识、绿色康养产业政策,还是从医养结合的"绿色养老"服务体系、专业监管等方面,我国社区居家"绿色养老"都亟待突破:完善绿色康养产业政策支持以提升康养产业绿色化水平,培育绿色文化养老理念以夯实绿色文化基底,破除障碍因素以建设医养结合的"绿色养老"服务体系,完善食品药品"绿色"监管机制以推进"绿色"健康养老。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the new concept of green development proposed at the fifth plenary session of the 18 th CPC(the Communist Party of China) central committee, the concept of community home-based "green endowment" responds to the trend of accelerating population aging, increasingly miniaturized family structure, increasing labor mobility, and expanding scale of urban empty-nesters, aims at realizing the strategic goal of healthy aging. But on matter from the social "green endowment" awareness, green health care industrial policy, or the combination of "green endowment" service system, professional supervision and so on, our country’s community home-based "green endowment" needs some breakthrough: perfect policy support of green health care industry to enhance its green level, and cultivate green culture endowment concept in order to strengthen the green culture base, dismantle barriers to construct "green endowment" service system that integrate medical care and health, improve the food and drug "green" supervision mechanism in order to promote "green" healthy endowment.更多还原
