黑曲霉与绿色木霉对甘蔗梢青贮品质的影响

【摘要】 为探求适宜的处理方法提升甘蔗梢饲料的营养价值,选用甘蔗梢为主要原料,每千克基础料组成:900 g甘蔗梢,20g玉米粉,10 g豆粕,7.5 g尿素,60 g (NH42SO4,2 g KH2PO4,0.5 g MgSO4。基础料直接青贮设为对照组,试验组在基础料中分别添加黑曲霉、绿色木霉及黑曲霉+绿色木霉混合微生物制剂,青贮60 d,再进行常规养分分析,体外产气法测定体外干物质消化率,犊牛饲养试验测定生长性能,通过这些指标比较这2种微生物制剂对青贮甘蔗梢的影响。结果表明,添加黑曲霉+绿色木霉处理的甘蔗梢效果最好,粗蛋白含量提高11.79%,NDF和ADF含量分别降低6.56%、9.32%,体外消化率提高20.94%,料重比最低。

【Abstract】 In order to find a suitable treatment method to improve the nutritional value of sugarcane shoot feed,the sugarcane shoot was selected as the main raw material,and the basic feed was composed of 900 g sugarcane shoot,20 g corn flour,10 g soybean meal,7.5 g urea,60 g(NH42 SO4,2 g KH2 PO4,0.5 g MgSO4.The basic materials were silaged for 60 days,and the experimental group were fed with the mixed microbial preparation of aspergillus niger,trichoderma viride and trichoderma niger+trichoderma viride respectively,in vitro dry matter digestibility was measured by gas production method,and growth performance was measured by calf feeding test.The effects of these two microbial agents on silage sugarcane shoot were compared.The results showed that the content of crude protein increased by 11.79%,the content of NDF and ADF decreased by 6.56% and 9.32%,the digestibility in vitro increased by 20.94%,and the feed-to-weight ratio was the lowest.
