【摘要】 目的探讨老年完全梗阻性结肠癌的急诊手术治疗配合心理治疗临床效果。方法现选择在2018年11月～2019年11月来本院治疗老年完全梗阻性结肠癌的患者80例,按照随机抽签的方法把这些患者平均分成研究组和参照组,每组各有40例患者。参照组患者使用急诊手术进行治疗,研究组患者使用急诊手术治疗配合心理治疗。观察并分析两组患者术后并发症的发生率、临床治疗有效率和组间多项指标。结果研究组患者术后并发症的发生率明显低于参照组,P<0.05,两组患者之间的差异具有统计学意义;研究组患者的临床治疗有效率明显优于参照组,P<0.05,两组患者之间的差异具有统计学意义;研究组患者组间多项指标,包括焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、满意度评分和术后出院时间与参照组相比较,P<0.05,两组患者之间的差异具有统计学意义。结论老年完全梗阻性结肠癌的急诊手术治疗配合心理治疗临床效果比较理想,降低了患者不良反应发生率,缩短了患者的住院时间,帮助患者缓解了焦虑情绪,提高了患者整体的治疗满意度,具有临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of emergency surgery and psychotherapy for elderly patients with complete obstructive colon cancer.Methods 80 patients who came to our hospital for treatment of complete obstructive colon cancer in the elderly were selected from November 2018 to November 2019.According to the random lottery method,these patients were equally divided into the study group and the reference group,each with 40 Patients.Patients in the reference group were treated with emergency surgery,and patients in the study group were treated with emergency surgery combined with psychological treatment.Observe and analyze the incidence of postoperative complications,clinical treatment efficiency and multiple indicators between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant;the clinical treatment efficiency of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups of patients was statistically significant;a number of indicators between the study group of patients,including anxiety self-rating scale score(SAS),satisfaction score and postoperative discharge time compared with the reference group,P<0.05,the difference between the groups of patients was statistically significant.Conclusion The clinical effect of emergency surgical treatment of elderly patients with complete obstructive colon cancer combined with psychotherapy is ideal,reducing the incidence of adverse reactions,shortening the patient’s hospital stay,helping patients relieve anxiety,and improving overall patient satisfaction with treatment,which has the value of clinical promotion.更多还原
