【摘要】 目的从大学生自身的需求出发,探索西部高校大学生的心理健康教育模式。方法对西部某综合类高校的大学生被试采用最大化差异抽样法抽取样本,并通过半结构化访谈收集数据,运用扎根理论的编码技术进行数据处理。结果建构了"辅助发展层次模型",该模型认为大学生心理健康教育对学生个体的心理健康发展起到辅助发展的作用,心理健康教育主要通过3个层次作用于有心理发展需求的学生:常识普及、知识传授、咨询协助。结论大学生心理健康教育对大学生心理健康发展起到辅助发展的作用,应从广度和深度上同时开展大学生心理健康教育工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the model of mental health education in western China,from the needs of university students.Methods The samples are university students from a certain western-China university.Maximum difference sampling method was used to choose the sample,and semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect the data,the coding technique of grounded theory is used for data processing.Results An ‘assistant developmental hierarchical model’ was constructed to illustrate that,mental health education plays a supporting role in the development of university students’ mental health.There are 3 levels of mental health education:common sense education,professional knowledge education and counseling assistance.Conclusion Mental health education of university students should be carried out simultaneously in breadth and in depth.更多还原
