【摘要】 目的探究老年性聋伴耳鸣患者采用护理干预对其心理状态及疗效的影响。方法选取2019年1月～2019年12月在本院治疗的86例老年性聋伴耳鸣患者作为研究对象,随机分为KS组和GP组,各43例。GP组给予常规护理,KS组在GP组基础上予以护理干预。对比两组不良心理状态及临床疗效。结果 KS组患者的焦虑评分为(1.36±0.32)分,抑郁评分为(1.13±0.57)分,人际关系敏感评分为(1.06±0.65)分,躯体化评分为(0.83±0.31)分,均显著低于GP组的焦虑评分(2.42±1.12)分、抑郁评分(2.68±0.98)分、人际关系敏感评分(2.32±1.36)分、躯体化评分(1.95±1.10)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);KS组患者的临床疗效(93.02%)显著高于GP组(37.21%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预应用于老年性聋伴耳鸣患者的护理中,可显著改善患者的心理状态,提升治疗效果,促进患者康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention on mental state and curative effect of patients with presbycusis with tinnitus.Methods A total of 86 patients with presbycusis with tinnitus who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into KS group and GP group,with 43 cases in each group.The GP group was given routine nursing care,and the KS group was given nursing intervention on the basis of the GP group.Compare the two groups’ bad mental state and clinical efficacy.Results The anxiety score of the patients in the KS group was (1.36±0.32),the depression score was (1.13±0.57),the interpersonal sensitivity score was (1.06±0.65),and the somatization score was (0.83±0.31),all of which were significant lower than the GP group’s anxiety score (2.42±1.12),depression score (2.68±0.98),interpersonal sensitivity score (2.32±1.36),somatization score (1.95±1.10),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the clinical efficacy of patients in the KS group (93.02%) was significantly higher than that of the GP group (37.21%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention applied in the nursing of patients with presbycusis and tinnitus can significantly improve the mental state of the patients,enhance the treatment effect,and promote the recovery of the patients.更多还原
