【摘要】 目的评价经尿道等离子电切术(PKRP)联合钬激光术治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)合并膀胱结石的临床疗效。方法选入2018年6月～2019年6月本院收治的BPH并膀胱结石患者97例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(41例,PKRP+开放取石术)和观察组(56例,PKRP+钬激光术),比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组手术均获成功,取石率100.00%;观察组手术时间、术中出血量、膀胱冲洗时间、术后置管时间及住院天数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);随访3个月,观察组的国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、膀胱内剩余尿量(RUV)及最大尿流量(Qmax)均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且未见严重并发症。结论经尿道PKRP联合钬激光术治疗BPH并膀胱结石疗效确切,是一种创伤小、安全可靠的治疗方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of plasma kinetic resection of the prostate (PKRP) combined with holmium laser in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) combined with bladder stones.Methods A total of 97 patients with BPH and bladder stones admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected.They were divided into a control group (41 cases,PKRP + open stone extraction) and an observation group (56 cases,PKRP + holmium) according to different treatment methods.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results The operations in both groups were successful,with a stone removal rate of 100.00%;the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,bladder irrigation time,postoperative catheterization time and hospitalization days in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);follow-ups months 3,the score (IPSS),(RUV) and Qmax of the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05),and no serious complications were seen.Conclusion Transurethral PKRP combined with holmium laser is effective in the treatment of BPH with bladder stones.It is a safe and reliable treatment with less trauma.更多还原
