【摘要】 目的考察大学生在新冠肺炎疫情下的生涯适应力现状,探讨疫情下大学生生涯适应力与生涯阻碍知觉、生活满意度间的关系。方法随机抽取519名大学生进行问卷调查,采用AMOS24.0和SPSS20.0统计软件进行关系分析及中介模型检验。分析大学生生涯适应力与生涯阻碍知觉、生活满意度间的关系。结果研究样本的生涯控制、生涯自信维度得分及生涯适应力总分显著低于常模。性别对生涯适应力、生涯阻碍知觉的主效应显著,即男生的生涯适应力显著高于女生,男生生涯阻碍知觉显著低于女生;年级对生涯适应力、生涯阻碍知觉的主效应显著,即大一、大四学生的生涯适应力显著低于大二、大三学生,大四学生的生涯阻碍知觉显著高于大二。个体在疫情下的生涯适应力和生活满意度均与生涯阻碍知觉存在显著负相关(P<0.01);生涯适应力与生活满意度存在显著正相关(P<0.01);生涯适应力在生涯阻碍知觉与生活满意度之间起完全中介作用(中介效应占总效应的79.53%)。结论疫情下大学生个体的生涯适应力能够有效调节生涯阻碍知觉对生活满意度的影响,提高大学生生活满意度,值得临床深入探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current situation of undergraduates’ career adaptability during the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia and explore the relationship between career adaptability,perceived barriers and life satisfaction of undergraduates in this context.Methods A total of 519 undergraduates were randomly selected for a questionnaire survey.AMOS24.0 and SPSS20.0 statistical software were used for relationship analysis and mediation model test to analyze the relationship between career adaptability,perceived barriers and life satisfaction.Results The career control,career confidence and career adaptability scores of the study samples were significantly lower than the norm.The main effect of gender on career adaptability and perceived barriers is significant,that is,the career adaptability of male students is significantly higher than that of female students,and the perceived barriers of male students is significantly lower than that of female students.The main effect of grade on career adaptability and perceived barriers is significant,that is,the career adaptability of freshmen and seniors is significantly lower than that of sophomore and junior,and the perceived barriers of seniors is significantly higher than that of sophomore.The career adaptability and life satisfaction were significantly negatively correlated with the perceived barriers (P<0.01).There was significant positive correlation between career adaptability and life satisfaction (P<0.01).Career adaptability played a completely mediating role between perceived barriers and life satisfaction (mediating effect accounted for 79.53% of the total effect).Conclusion The individual’s career adaptability can effectively adjust the impact of perceived barriers on life satisfaction,and improve the life satisfaction of undergraduates during The Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia,this is worth exploring in depth.更多还原
