【摘要】 目的探讨医护一体化模式对提升全膝关节置换术后患者生活质量的效果。方法选择本院收治的64例接受全膝关节置换术患者作为研究对象,数字法随机分为两组,两组病例数一致。研究组患者实施医护一体化护理模式,对照组患者实施常规护理干预模式。护理一个月后比较两组患者生活质量评分。结果护理后,研究组生活质量评分各维度得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理干预比较,医护一体化护理模式可以明显提升全膝关节置换术后患者生活质量,具有良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of integrated medical care model on improving the quality of life of patients after total knee arthroplasty. Methods Sixty-four patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty were enrolled in our hospital. The digital method was randomly divided into two groups. The number of cases was the same. The patients in the study group implemented the integrated nursing care model, and the patients in the control group implemented the routine nursing intervention model. The quality of life scores of the two groups were compared one month after the care. Results After nursing, the scores of the quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing intervention, the integrated nursing care model can significantly improve the quality of life of patients after total knee arthroplasty and has good results.更多还原
