【Abstract】 Spermatogonial stem cells(SSCs) are a type of germ stem cells existed in the seminiferous epithelium in the testis. During the process of spermatogenesis, SSCs constantly differentiate to produce sperm while concomitantly proliferate to maintain a stable number of themselves. The in vitro culture methods of SSCs has been improving continuously, which is of great value in revealing the mechanism of spermatogenesis and treatment of male infertility.
