Ultra Q:YAG与传统Nd:YAG激光对视网膜内界膜下出血患者治疗效果的对比
Comparison of Ultra Q:YAG and traditional Nd:YAG laser for patients with sub-inner limiting membrane hemorrhage
【摘要】 目的通过多模式影像联合对比观察Ultra Q:YAG与传统Nd:YAG激光对视网膜内界膜下出血患者积血引流的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院确诊为视网膜内界膜下出血的患者共18例18眼的临床资料,接受Ultra Q:YAG激光内界膜切开引流术者9例9眼为A组,接受传统Nd:YAG激光内界膜切开引流术者9例9眼为B组。所有患者均行视力、眼底照相、B型超声及OCT检查,无全身禁忌证者行荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)检查。比较两组治疗前及治疗后1 h、1 d、1周、2周的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(CMT)。结果治疗后1周,A组患眼视网膜内界膜下出血均已完全吸收;治疗后2周,B组患眼视网膜内界膜下出血均已完全吸收。治疗前及治疗后1 h、2周,A组与B组患眼间BCVA及CMT相比差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);治疗后1 d、1周,A组患眼BCVA、CMT均较B组改善更明显,两组相比差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。结论相较于传统Nd:YAG激光,Ultra Q:YAG激光内界膜切开引流术治疗视网膜内界膜下出血更为安全有效。
【Abstract】 Objective To compared the evaluation and the advantages of Ultra Q:YAG laser and traditional Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of sub-inner limiting membrane(ILM) hemorrhage by multi-mode imaging. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 18 patients(18 eyes) were diagnosed with sub-ILM hemorrhage. They were divided into two groups, and the patients in group A received Ultra Q:YAG laser treatment, and the patients in Group B received traditional Nd:YAG laser treatment. All patients underwent the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), fundus photography, OCT examination. Fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) was performed on patients without systemic contraindication. The BCVA and the central macular retinal thickness(CMT) were compared after treatment at one hour, one day, one week and two weeks. Results One week after treatment, the subretinal hemorrhage of the eye in group A was completely absorbed; 2 weeks after treatment, the subretinal hemorrhage of the eye in group B was completely absorbed. There was no significant differences in BCVA and CMT between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05). There was significant differences in BCVA and CMT between the two groups at 1 day and 1 week after treatment(all P<0.05), but there was no significant differences at 1 hour and 2 weeks after treatment(all P>0.05). Conclusion Nd:YAG laser is a more safe and effective method in the treatment of sub-ILM haemorrhages compared with traditional Nd:YAG laser.
