【摘要】 伴随"乡村振兴战略"的实施,乡建持续成为各界高度关注的议题。文章以重庆市沙坪坝区三河村公共空间营造项目为例,试图探索一种既有别于传统乡建模式又不囿于建筑学自身范畴的整合式途径。通过对在地自然、社会、经济状况的深入调查,结合各方诉求和可用资源,建筑师依托土地"三权分置"改革尝试将产业融合、业态策划、协调参与、空间赋能、经营指导、宣传推介等多措并举,采取"微更新"方式打造若干功能复合型公共空间节点,希望以此为契机激发乡村内生动力,继而带动整体村域的全方位协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the implementation of "rural vitalization strategy", rural construction continues to be a topic with great concern. Taking the public space construction project of the Sanhe Village in Shapingba District, Chongqing as an example, this paper attempts to explore an integrated approach which is different from the traditional rural construction model and not confined to the architecture itself. Through in-depth investigation of local natural, social and economic conditions, and considering stakeholders’ demands and available resources, architects rely on the "three rights separation" reform to take multiple measures, which include industrial convergence, business planning, coordinated participation, space empowerment, management guidance, publicity etc., and attempt to build several versatile public space nodes by means of micro-renewal.
