【摘要】 目的构建一套checklist(核查表)以提高新型冠状病毒肺炎患者机械通气联合俯卧位的有效性和安全性。方法本研究为应用性和描述性研究。基于电子数据库(中文知网、万方数据库、Pubmed、MEDLINE、OVID和Cochrane),检索词为"新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)and机械通气and护理""、新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)and俯卧位and护理""、新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)and机械通气and俯卧位and护理",查阅英文文献和中文核心期刊发表的相关文献,构建checklist核查方案。结果将构建的checklist对新型冠状病毒患者使用机械通气联合俯卧位进行观察,对14例患者实施checklist核查,共实施了156人次俯卧位,发现在操作过程中未按时监测气囊压力45次,占比28.8%,吸痰未选择standby 58次,占比37.18%,未做到每2h调整患者位置72次,占比46.15%。提出患者护理核查的修改意见,进一步对构建的checklist核查工具进行修订。结论在新型冠状病毒肺炎患者机械通气联合俯卧位操作中使用checklist提高了操作的安全性和可靠性,有效进行了院感防控,为医护人员的培训提供了可靠的参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To constructa checklist to improve the effectiveness and safety of mechanical ventilation combined with prone position in patients with COVID-19. Methods This study was applied and descriptivestudy. Based on the electronic databases(CNKI, WanFang database, Pubmed, MEDLINE, OVID and the Cochrane), retrieved keywordsof"COVID-19 and mechanical ventilation and care","COVID-19 and prone position and care","COVID-19 and mechanical ventilation and prone position and care", chose published literature of English literature and Chinese core journals, constructed checklist verification scheme. Results The constructed checklist was applied in the patients with COVID-19 treated by mechanical ventilation combined with prone position,Checklistwas performed for 14 patients. A total of 156 were performed in prone position. It was found that balloon’s pressure was not monitored on time during operation for 45 times, accounting for 28.8%. Nurses did not select standby for 58 times, accounting for 37.18%, and did not adjust the location of patients every 2 h, accounting for 46.15%.Suggestions on the revision of patient care verification were proposed, and the checklist was further revised. Conclusion Checklist in the patients with COVID-19 treated by mechanical ventilation combined with prone position improves the safety and reliability of operation, effectively carries out infection prevention and control in hospital, and provides a reliable reference basis for the training of medical staff.更多还原
