【摘要】 目的观察糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及安全性。方法选取新疆医科大学第一附属医院耳鼻喉科门诊确诊藜属过敏的变应性鼻炎患者78例,将78例受试者按年龄性别等重要非处理因素进行配对,而后用随机的方法决定A、B组成员。第一阶段:A组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗,B组单采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂,治疗2周。对患者的鼻部症状以及生活质量临床疗效进行评估。第二阶段:经过7 d的洗脱期,A组单采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗,B组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合孟鲁斯特钠,同样治疗2周后,对患者的鼻部症状以及生活质量临床疗效进行评估。结果经过两次比较,采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合孟鲁斯特钠变应性鼻炎组的鼻部症状及生活质量评分均优于单用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在变应性鼻炎的治疗中,糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合孟鲁斯特钠可有效减轻鼻部症状,尤其是鼻塞症状控制更佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 78 patients with allergic rhinitis diagnosed as Chenopodium allergic in the department of ent were selected, and matched according to age and sex and other important confounding factors. The patients devided into 2 groups randomly. The first stage, group A was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with montelukast sodium, and group B was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray alone. Nasal spray for two weeks. The nasal symptoms and clinical efficacy of quality of life were evaluated. The second stage: After 7 days, group A was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray alone, group B was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with montelukast sodium. After the same treatment for two weeks, the nasal symptoms and the clinical efficacy of quality of life were evaluated. Results After comparison, the nasal symptoms and score of life quality of the patients treated with momethasone furoate nasal spray combined with montelukast sodium were better than those of the group treated with momethasone furoate nasal spray alone(P<0.05). Conclusion Mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with montelukast sodium can effectively relieve nasal symptoms, especially nasal obstruction.更多还原
