【摘要】 目的探讨术中液体加温护理在宫腔镜手术患者中的应用。方法选取2018年4月至2019年10月收治的宫腔镜手术患者88例,按照单盲、平行的原则,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用术中液体加温护理。比较两组宫腔镜手术过程中的护理满意度、并发症发生情况及手术前后体温变化。结果观察组护理满意度为97.72%,无并发症发生;对照组护理满意度为84.09%,并发症发生率为9.09%;两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组麻醉时体温比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组手术20 min体温及完成手术时体温高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在宫腔镜手术患者中应用术中液体加温护理,效果显著,安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of intraoperative liquid warming nursing in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery. Methods 88 patients with hysteroscopic surgery from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected. According to the principle of single blind and parallel, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 44 cases in each group. The routine nursing was used in the control group, and the intraoperative fluid warming nursing was used in the observation group on the basis of the control group. The nursing satisfaction, complications and body temperature before and after operation were compared between the two groups. Results Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.72%, and no complications occurred; nursing satisfaction in the control group was 84.09%, and the complication rate was 9.09%; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in body temperature between the two groups during anesthesia(P > 0.05);the body temperature in the observation group at 20 minutes after surgery and the temperature at the completion of the operation were higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusions The use of intraoperative liquid warming nursing in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery is effective and safe.更多还原
