【摘要】 目的分析乌鲁木齐某三甲医院门诊2型糖尿病患者血脂检测及达标情况,为心脑血管防治提供依据并便于临床血脂研究。方法选取乌鲁木齐某三甲医院门诊2型糖尿病患者1777名,按性别分组,测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C),比较不同性别间的异常率、达标率及调脂药物使用情况。结果血TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C异常率为20.9%、47.8%、9.6%、25.7%,TC、LDL-C异常率女性大于男性,HDL-C异常率男性大于女性;总体血脂总达标率17.7%,TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C达标率分别为57.5%、42.5%、34.4%(冠心病)、67.2%(非冠心病)、62.8%(男)、59.2%(女);调脂药物使用率仅6.5%,其他各指标未达标者使用调脂药物的都不足10%。结论糖尿病患者不仅需要控制血糖,更需要全面的管理血脂情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the test results of serum lipid in outpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in a top three hospital of Urumqi, and provide a reference for cardiovascular disease prevention. Methods People were randomly selected from the outpatients in a top three hospital in Urumqi, All research cases were divided into two groups by gender. Sera triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were detected. Then the abnormal rate, compliance rate and the use of lipid regulating drugs in different genders were analyzed and compared. Results The abnormal rate of TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C were 20.9%、47.8%、9.6%、25.7%, respectively. Among them, TC, LDL-C in female patients were significant higher than those in male patients, while HDL-C in male patients was significant higher than that in female patients. The total qualification rate was 17.7%, The qualification rates of TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C were 57.5%、42.5%、34.4%(in patients with coronary heart disease), 67.2%(in patients with no coronary heart disease), 62.8%(in male), 59.2%(in female). The use rate of lipid-lowering drugs was only 6.5%. Among patients who other indexes were not qualified, the use of lipid-lowering drugs was less than10%. Conclusions Diabetic patients not only need to control blood glucose, but also need a comprehensive management of blood lipids.更多还原
