【摘要】 目的分析为重症监护室早产儿实施发展性照顾护理方案的有效性和临床意义。方法选取广东省第二人民医院2018年2月至2019年2月一年期间内重症监护室早产儿病例100例作为研究对象。按照入院先后顺序将所选对象分为对照组、观察组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行发展性照顾护理护理结束后观察和对比两组产儿平均每天的睡眠时间、喂奶量、恢复正常体重时间、住院时间以及两组产儿的不良反应情况,记录并统计结果。结果为两组重症监护室早产儿实施不同的护理方案后,观察发现,实施发展性照顾护理的新生儿在住院时间、日均睡眠时长、喂奶量等方面明显优于常规护理的对照组;同时,观察组早产儿在呕吐、腹胀等不良反应总体发生率(6%)也明显较对照组早产儿(24%)低(P <0.05)。结论有针对性地为重症监护室早产儿进行发展性照顾护理干预,不仅可以改善新生儿的体重、睡眠,而且不良反应发生率低,能给早产儿的发育成长带来积极意义,值得推广于早产儿的临床护理实践中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effectiveness and clinical significance of developmental care and nursing program for premature infants in intensive care unit. Methods 100 cases of premature infants who were hospitalized in intensive care units at the second people’s hospital of Guangdong province between February 2018 and February 2019, were studied. Among all infants, half of the premature infants were treated with developmental care and the other half were given routine care. After nursing, the average daily sleep time, feeding quantity, normal weight time, hospitalization time and adverse reactions between the two groups were observed and compared, and the results were recorded and analyzed statistically. Results After carrying out different nursing programs for premature infants, it was found that the neonates who were treated with developmental nursing care were significantly better than the control group in terms of hospitalization time, daily average sleep duration and feeding quantity, and the overall incidence of adverse reactions such as vomiting and abdominal distension in the observation group(6%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(24%)(P < 0.05).Conclusion The intervention of developmental care and nursing for premature infants in intensive care unit cannot only improve the body weight, sleep, but also decrease the incidence of adverse reactions, which can bring positive significance to the development and growth of premature infants, so it is worth popularizing in the clinic.更多还原
