【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道双极等离子前列腺电切术在良性前列腺增生症患者中的应用。方法研究对象选取我院2017年7月到2019年7月间收治的良性前列腺增生症患者96例,采用随机数字法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各48例。试验组行经尿道双极等离子前列腺电切术,对照组行经尿道前列腺切除术。随访6个月,行尿动力学检查,比较手术前后Qmax、PVR。比较手术前后IPSS与QOL评分。结果两组Qmax较治疗前显著提高,且试验组Qmax显著高于对照组,两组PVR较治疗前显著降低,且试验组PVR显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组IPSS、QOL评分较治疗前均显著降低,且试验组IPSS、QOL评分均显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论经尿道双极等离子前列腺电切术相较于经尿道前列腺电切术,可显著提高良性前列腺增生患者膀胱逼尿肌功能,缓解相关症状,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 96 patients with BPH admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were divided into the experimental group and the control group, 48 cases in each group. The experimental group was received transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy and the control group was received transurethral prostatectomy. The patients were followed up for 6 months and urodynamic examination was performed. The IPSS and QOL scores before and after operation were compared. Results Qmax of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, and Qmax of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, PVR of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, and PVR of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The scores of IPSS and QOL in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the scores of IPSS and QOL in the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with transurethral resection of prostate, transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy can significantly improve the function of bladder detrusor, relieve the related symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.更多还原
