【摘要】 目的汇总2014-2018年本院糖尿病患者降糖药物的应用情况,并对比2002-2006年间此类药物使用情况,分析糖尿病治疗药物的变化趋势。方法对2014-2018年本院全年药品总金额、糖尿病药物总金额、糖尿病药物总金额占比、糖尿病药物总金额年增长率、胰岛素药品使用金额、占比及降糖药物使用金额、占比等进行统计分析,与2002-2006年间相关数据进行对比。结果本院2014-2018年间糖尿病治疗药物总金额、占比及年增长率总体上保持平稳,相较于2002-2006年显著上升。降糖药物金额及占比总体保持稳定,相较于2002-2006年显著上升,并新增GLP-1、DDP-4、中成药等新类型药物。胰岛素制剂金额及占比总体呈现稳态,相较于2002-2006年增长明显,其中长效胰岛素和预混胰岛素占据比例高。结论本院糖尿病治疗药物使用总体上较为合理,但仍需加强管理,优化临床用药方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application of anti-diabetic drugs in patients with diabetes in Peoples’ Hospital of Karamay from 2014 to 2018, to compare the use of drugs from 2002 to 2006, and analyze the change trend of diabetes drugs. Methods The total amount of drugs, total amount of diabetes drugs, proportion of total amount of diabetes drugs, annual growth rate of total amount of diabetes drugs, the amount and proportion of insulin drugs and other anti-diabetic drugs in our hospital from 2014 to 2018 were statistically analyzed and compared with relevant data from 2002 to 2006. Results The total amount, proportion and annual growth rate of anti-diabetes drugs in our hospital remained stable from 2014 to 2018, but increased significantly from 2002 to 2006. The amount and proportion of anti-diabetic drugs remained stable in general, but increased significantly from 2002 to 2006, and new types of drugs such as GLP-1, DDP-4 and Chinese patent medicine were increased. The amount and proportion of insulin preparation showed a steady state, which increased significantly from 2002 to 2006. Long-acting insulin and premixed insulin accounted for a high proportion. Conclusions The use of anti-diabetic drugs in the People’s Hospital of Karamay is reasonable on the whole, but we still need to strengthen the management and optimize the clinical drug regimen.更多还原
