有限元分析在相变材料中的应用研究综述
Review on Application of Finite Element Analysis in Phase Change Materials
【摘要】 相变材料由于能够在相变过程中释放和储存大量的能量,已经成为储能领域的热门话题之一。单一相变材料存在热导率低、能量易泄漏等缺点,不能满足实际生产需要,因此常常将相变材料与其他材料复合,从而提升其性能。针对储能系统中相变材料传热较差的情况,介绍了传热的方式以及强化传热的手段。热性能是相变储能系统的重要性能之一,而相变过程是高度非线性的瞬态过程,普通仪器和常规方法难以解决分析问题。已有研究表明,应用有限元数值模拟软件能够分析此类问题,并能得出准确的解。因此,综述了有限元的基本概念和模拟过程,并列出了相关应用案例。
【Abstract】 Since phase change materials could release and store a large amount of energy during the phase change process,they have been becoming one of the hot topics in the field of energy storage.Single phase change materials had the disadvantages of low thermal conductivity,easy energy leakage and so on,which was unable to meet the actual production needs.Therefore,the phase change materials were usually combined with other materials to improve their performance.In view of the poor heat transfer of phase change materials in energy storage systems,it was briefly described that the heat transfer methods and means to enhance heat transfer.Thermal performance was one of the important properties in phase change energy storage systems,the phase change process was a highly nonlinear transient process,and it was difficult for ordinary instruments and conventional methods to solve the analysis problems.Research results showed that the usage of finite element numerical simulation software could analyze such problems,and could draw accurate solutions.So it was introduced that the basic concept and simulation process of finite element in details,and related application cases were listed.
