基于计算机辅助设计的凸轮轮廓优化设计
Optimization Design of the Cam Contour Based on CAD
【摘要】 通过分析直动尖顶盘形凸轮机构和直动滚子盘形凸轮机构的运动规律,得出了凸轮轮廓曲线的参数方程,并应用LabVIEW软件计算出凸轮轮廓曲线参数方程的坐标数据,然后应用LabVIEW软件开发了直动滚子盘形凸轮轮廓优化设计系统,利用计算得到的凸轮轮廓曲线参数方程的坐标数据及凸轮机构的其他原始数据便可设计出满足使用要求的凸轮轮廓。该系统克服了传统凸轮轮廓设计方法步骤复杂、效率低、精度差等缺点,具有准确、高效、实时等特性,可广泛用于凸轮的轮廓曲线设计、压力角校核、运动仿真等,实现复杂、高速以及精密凸轮机构的设计。由于系统采用参数化设计,可以通过调整基本参数和运动规律等来完善设计,从而实现凸轮轮廓的优化设计。
【Abstract】 Through analyzing the movement rule of disk cam mechanism with straight moving spire and straight moving roller,the parametric equation of cam contour curve was obtained,and by using the LabVIEW software,it was calculated that the parameter equation of cam contour curve coordinate data,and then developed the straight moving roller disc cam contour optimization design system,front of cam contour curve parameter equation was calculated by using the cam contour coordinates of the data and other original data of cam mechanism,which met the requirement of the cam outline.The system overcame the defects of traditional cam contour design method such as complex step,low efficiency,precisions difference and so on.It can be widely used in cam contour curve design,pressure angle check,motion simulation,etc.,and can realize design of complex,high speed,and precision cam mechanism.It realized the optimization design of cam contour because the system adopted parametric design,the design can be improved by adjusting the basic parameters and motion rules.
