基于磷光光学特性的热障涂层热力参数测量技术
Phosphorescence-Based Measurement Technology for Thermomechanical Parameters in Thermal Barrier Coatings
【摘要】 精确获取恶劣环境下热障涂层的温度、应力等热力参数,对于当前燃气轮机/航空发动机技术的发展极为重要。为满足相关测试需求,急需发展一种新型的非接触、无损、瞬态响应的热障涂层热力参数测量技术。基于磷光光学特性的热力参数测量技术近年来得到快速发展,它通过测量磷光信号的方式来获取实时的热力参数信息。将热障涂层技术与磷光热力参数测量技术结合,能够使热障涂层兼具热防护功能和热力参数测量功能,该技术在实现热障涂层热力参数在线监测方面具有良好前景。聚焦于基于磷光光学特性的新型热障涂层的温度、应力测量技术,从磷光测量原理,磷光材料,新型多功能热障涂层制备,温度、应力磷光测量方法及应用等几个方面,详细阐述了近年来相关测量技术的发展历程、所遇到的问题与挑战以及取得的最新进展。最后,对该技术的未来发展趋势进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Accurate acquisition of thermomechanical parameters of thermal barrier coating in harsh environment is of great importance for the development of gas turbine and aero-engine.To meet these requirements,it is urgent to develop a new non-contact,non-destructive,transient response measurement technology.Thermomechanical parameter measurement technology based on phosphorescence is a new measurement method developed rapidly in recent years.It obtains the real-time thermomechanical information by measuring the phosphorescent signal.Combination of phosphorescence-based measurement technology and thermal barrier coating is a new technique,which could develop a novel thermal barrier coating with functions of thermal protection and thermomechanical parameter measurement.This article focuses on the newly developed thermal barrier coating with temperature and stress measurement function,the principle of phosphorescence measurement,phosphorescent materials,functional TBC fabrication,measurement methods and applications in temperature/stress measurement are described in detail.Finally,the future development of this technology is discussed.
