玻纤增强酚醛模塑料生产工艺发展及改进

【摘要】 玻纤增强酚醛模塑料相较于木粉填充的酚醛模塑料具有拉伸强度高、弹性系数高、抗冲击能力强、不燃、耐化学性佳、吸水性小、尺度安定性佳、加工性佳、与树脂接着性良好以及价格便宜等优点。本文介绍了玻纤酚醛模塑料的工业制备过程。针对连续化生产的要求,对制备工艺进行改进,提升及稳定了玻纤增强酚醛模塑料成品率及性能。

【Abstract】 Compared with the phenolic molding compound filled with wood flour,glass fiber reinforced phenolic molding compound has the advantages of high tensile strength,high elastic coefficient,strong impact resistance,non-combustion,good chemical resistance,small water absorption,good dimensional stability,good processability,good adhesion with resin and low price.This paper introduces the industrial preparation process of glass fiber phenolic molding compound.According to the requirements of continuous production,the preparation process is improved to raise and stabilize the yield and performance of glass fiber reinforced phenolic molding compound.
