政策导向下数字化教育资源配置研究

【摘要】 新时代背景下我国教育公平问题整体呈现出地域性、多层次和多样性的特征,而数字化教育资源凭借跨时空、零成本复制、支持个性差异等优势成为促进教育公平的重要手段。基于此,文章将数字化教育资源政策的理论研究和典型工程案例的实践应用相结合,对我国信息化促进数字化资源配置情况进行了系统探讨:首先,文章对政策文件进行量化分析,从宏观政策出台的角度对我国基础教育数字资源的发展脉络和资源配置公平的发展阶段进行梳理;其次结合我国数字化教育资源政策中实施的农远工程等典型实践案例,进一步分析数字化教育资源的配置情况;最后得出结论、提出建议,以期为我国基础教育资源政策的出台和进一步研究提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 Under the background of new era, the issue of education equity in our country presented the characteristics of regionality, multi-level and diversity on the whole, and digital education resources have become an important means to promote education equity by virtue of the advantages of cross space, zero cost replication and supporting individual differences. Based on this, combining the theoretical research of digital education resources policy with the practical application of typical engineering cases, this paper systematically discussed the situation of promoting digital resources allocation by informatization. Firstly, the paper conducted a quantitative analysis of the policy documents, and combed the development sequence of China’s basic education digital resources and the development stage of fair resource allocation from the perspective of macro policy. Secondly, combined with typical practical cases of the implemented rural distance projects in China’s digital education resources policy, the allocation stituation of digital education resources was analyzed. Finally, the conclusion and suggestions were put forward to provide reference for the introduction and further research of China’s basic education resources policy.
