脓毒症致心肌损伤模型的研究进展
Advances in models of sepsis-induced myocardial injury
【摘要】 脓毒症致心功能不全是一种危及生命的并发症,也被称为脓毒症心肌病,可以表现为心肌损伤、心功能障碍等,其发病机制尚不明确。目前,脓毒症致心肌损伤的动物模型已经相对成熟,而随着多种心肌细胞株的建立,研究者也构建出多种细胞模型用于该疾病的研究。本文将对脓毒症致心肌损伤的机制,动物及细胞模型的研究进展予以综述,为优化和选择实验模型提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 Sepsis-induced cardiac insufficiency(SIMI) is a life-threatening complication,also known as septic cardiomyopathy,which is the leading cause of death in critically severe patients and can manifest as myocardial injury,cardiac dysfunction,etc.However,the pathogenesis of SIMI still remains unclear.At present,the animal model of myocardial injury caused by sepsis is relatively mature.In recent years,with the establishment of various myocardial cell lines,researchers have also constructed a variety of cell models for study of the disease.This article will review the research advances in pathogenesis,animal and cell models of SIMI,and provide reference for optimization and selection of experimental models.
