【摘要】 进入新时代以来,以习近平主席为核心的党中央全面实施改革强军战略,推动军队建设。作为军队中最基础的骨干力量,士官队伍建设被提升到前所未有的高度。从2012年起,我军依托普通高等学校定向培养士官工作经历了探索起步、稳步发展和规范完善阶段,构建了军民合育士官人才的新格局,完善了军民融合高等教育新体系,提供了军民融合国家战略新抓手,培育了适应新时代要求的士官人才。基于已有成果和现实需求,得出新形势下依托普通高校开展定向士官培养工作的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since entering the new era, the CPC Central Committee with Chairman Xi Jinping as the core has fully implemented the strategy of strengthening the armed forces through reform and promoted military construction.As the most basic backbone force in the army, the NCO troop construction has been upgraded to an unprecedented level.Relying on the work of training NCOs in colleges and universities, our army has experienced the stages of initial exploration, steady development and standard improvement since 2012, built a new setup of military-civilian joint training of non-commissioned officers, improved the new higher education system of military-civilian integration, provided a turning point of military civilian integration, and cultivated NCOs that meet the requirements of the new era.Based on the existing achievements and the actual needs, this paper draws the enlightenment of directive cultivation of non-commissioned officers in colleges and universities under the current circumstances.更多还原
