2016年夏季长江口邻近海域海水中磷的形态研究

【摘要】 根据2016年夏季在长江口邻近海域进行的连续观测资料,分析了海水中磷的形态,进而探讨了其特征和影响因素.结果表明:夏季长江口邻近海域总磷(TP)浓度范围为0.67~2.92μmol/L,平均浓度为(1.62±0.37)μmol/L,且稳定在1.50μmol/L左右;溶解无机磷(DIP)是磷最主要的存在形式,除C3站外,其他各站位的DIP占TP的50%以上;溶解有机磷(DOP)和颗粒磷(PP)的浓度范围分别为0.02~1.39μmol/L和0.02~1.16μmol/L,两者占TP的比例相当,分别为22%和24%.各形态磷的周日变化明显,不同区域的影响因素不同,主要受潮汐作用和水团运动的影响,个别站位还受生物利用的影响.

【Abstract】 Continuous observations were carried out at five stations in the Yangtze River Estuary adjacent sea area.The species of phosphorus in the seawater were analyzed and their characteristics and influencing factors were discussed.The result showed that the concentration of total phosphorus(TP)ranged from 0.67μmol/L to 2.92μmol/L,with the average concentration of(1.62±0.37)μmol/L,and was stabilized at about 1.50μmol/L.The dominant species of phosphorus was dissolved phosphate(DIP).In addition to C3 station,the DIP at other stations accounted for more than 50%of TP.The concentrations of dissolved organic phosphorus(DOP)and particulate phosphorus(PP)were in the range of 0.02-1.39μmol/L and 0.02-1.16μmol/L,accounting for 22% and 24% of TP,respectively.Significant diurnal variations of these species of phosphorus were observed,and the influencing factors were different in different regions,which were influenced mainly by tides and water mass movements,as well as biological assimilation at a few stations.
