【Abstract】 With the globalization of the world economy and the continuous deepening of the comprehensive reform of public hospitals,there are obvious contradictions and differences between the fierce competition in the medical market and the backward hospital management mode. Only by changing the strategic management mode of the hospital can we resolve the crisis.
