【摘要】 目的利用灾害脆弱性分析识别医院运行风险,提高医院危机管理能力,以制订应对策略和预案,促进应急管理质量持续改进。方法运用灾害脆弱性分析工具KAISER模型对可能发生的风险予以识别,并对各风险事件的可能性与严重性评估结果进行统计学处理。结果了解了医院的危险事件类型,确定了医院风险事件的优先级别和各类风险事件发生的可能性及严重程度。结论灾害脆弱性分析是医院识别风险与管理的重要工具,为医院应急管理持续质量改进提供了科学依据与方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Hazard Vulnerability Analysis( HVA) is used to identify hospital risk,to improve ability of crisis management,to formulate coping strategy and preparedness,and to promote continuous improvement of emergency quality management. Methods A KAISER model of Hazard Vulnerability Analysis( HVA) is used to identify possible risk,and the probability and severity of each risk events are evaluated statistically. Results The type of risk events was understood,the priority level and probability or severity of risk events were determined in hospital. Conclusion Hazard Vulnerability Analysis( HVA) is an important tool for identification and management of risks in hospital,and provides a scientific basis and methods for continuous improvement of emergency quality management.更多还原
