【Abstract】 Implementing the Dean’s responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee is a requirement for Party building in the new period. How to strengthen Party leadership and effectively promote the integration and development of Party building and business is a question worthy of deep consideration by Party workers. The Guigang People’s Hospital has successfully implemented the Dean’s responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee,which giving full play to the Party building leadership,steadily developing the hospital and achieving good results.
