【摘要】 目的通过使用DRGs指标对医院消化内科5个主诊组进行医疗服务绩效评价的实践,为主诊组绩效考核提供管理依据。方法根据DRGs临床医疗服务绩效评价的三个维度(能力,效率,安全)对消化内科主诊组进行评价。结果消化内科治疗同类疾病整体费用和住院日指标低于分组器标杆。主诊组D收治的病组难度最高,收治的病组范围最广。同一组疾病在主诊组间进行比较中,HK29(肝胆胰系统的诊断性操作)病组,主诊组C费用和住院日控制良好,主诊组D的控费和住院日控制不佳。结论 DRGs指标对主诊组医疗服务绩效进行评价,能够为医院管理提供数据支持和有效依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of evaluating medical services performance using DRG indicators for five Attending Digestive Medical Groups( group A,group B,group C,group D,group E). Methods The medical performance of five Attending Digestive Medical Groups was evaluated by three dimensions appraisal index( ability,efficiency,and safety) of DRG system. Results For the same kind of diseases,the medical expense was lower than the benchmarking,and length of stay( LOS) was shorter than the benchmarking. Attending Group D had the most difficult treatment of diseases and the widest spectrum of diseases classes. For DRG group HK29,Attending Group C had a good performance in cost control and management of length of stay( LOS) where Group D had a poor performance. Conclusion Performance evaluation with DRG indicators provides data support and valid evidence for hospital management.更多还原
