【摘要】 目的希望通过一定的指标和方法区别和评价专科综合实力、医疗服务质量、技术水平等在同等级医院存在的差异,为价格主管部门进行医疗服务价格调整提供参考。方法通过专家咨询法确定专科综合实力评价指标,以T医院肝脏移植中心测试适用性,提出分档定价的两种模式和管理机制。结果专科综合实力评价一定程度上体现专科差异,分档定价有利于体现疑难重症诊治技术的劳务价值,鼓励技术创新和提高质量。结论根据临床专科综合实力评价结果拉开手术费定价档次,可体现医疗技术水平、医疗质量差异,及医务人员技术劳务价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the differences of comprehensive strength,medical service quality and technical level in hospitals of the same level through certain indicators and methods,so as to provide reference for price authorities to adjust medical service prices. Methods The expert consultation was used to determine the comprehensive strength evaluation index of the specialty hospital. The applicability of index was tested in the liver transplantation center of a hospital to put forward two models and management mechanism of grading pricing. Results To a certain extent,the comprehensive strength evaluation of the specialty hospital reflected the specialty differences. The pricing by grades was conducive to reflecting the labor value of the diagnosis and treatment technology of difficult and severe cases,encouraging technological innovation and improving the quality. Conclusion According to the evaluation results of comprehensive strength of the clinical specialties,the pricing grades of operation fee can be differentiated,which can reflect the medical technology level,medical quality differences and the value of technical service of medical staff.更多还原
