【摘要】 目的向医务人员宣传感控理念,提高其知识技能水平,营造浓厚的感控氛围,推进感控文化建设。方法 2014—2018年,医院连续5年举办医院感染控制宣传周。确立了"指尖上的感控"总主题,开展了洗手歌舞与感控朗读者表演、名师大讲堂与继续医学教育项目、手卫生艺术作品创作与征集、演讲比赛与知识竞赛、个人防护用品体验与演练、感控之星评选等系列活动。结果举办讲座与培训40余场,涵盖医、护、技、行政后勤等人员,有1 000余人次参与了知识竞赛。收到艺术作品64幅,有17个演讲作品登上决赛大舞台。为重点科室医务人员200余人进行了N95口罩定量密合性测试。来自北京、上海、杭州、长沙等地的专家28人参与了活动,以中山大学附属第三医院为首的33家联盟医院人员进行了现场观摩。2014—2018年,院感例次率逐年下降,5年间下降了44. 7%;院感病原学送检率稳定上升,从66. 4%提高至79. 0%。结论感控周是宣教的良好活动形式,通过对举办方式、参与途径、激励机制、宣传手段的不断创新,成功打造出文化品牌,推动了日常工作的进步。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To promote the awareness,knowledge,skill and communication status of infection control among staffs in our hospital. Methods Our hospital held the promotion week for infection control and prevention every year from 2014 to 2018. The infection control and prevention on the fingertip was established as the keynote,which mainly consisted of hand washing song and dance and reading performance,teacher’s lecture hall,continuing medical education project,creation and collection of hand health art works,speech contest and knowledge contest,personal protective equipment experience and exercise,as well as the election of infection control star among staffs. Results We hold lectures and training programs for the doctors,nurses,technicians or support staff over 40 times. Over 1000 of them took part in the knowledge contest,having presenting 64 works of art and 17 speeches for the final show. Moreover,we finished the testing of adhesion of face masks for 200 colleagues from the major departments. The experts from the city of Beijing,Shanghai,Hangzhou or Changsha,etc. came to exhibit live shows in our hospital,which was the host of a united hospital of 33 different hospitals. From 2014 to 2018,the prevalence of the nosocomial infection in our hospital decreased by 44. 7% year by year. Meantime,the rate of etiological samples sending to detection increased year by year,from 66. 4% in 2014 to 79. 0% in 2018. Conclusion The project of"promotion week for infection control and prevention"with improved education styles,participation channels,incentives and propaganda routines is highly effective to reduce the prevalence of the nosocomial infection in our hospital.更多还原
