【Abstract】 Hospital culture is the spiritual support and dynamics guarantee for the survival and development of hospitals. As an important carrier and medium,archives can play an important role in the construction of hospital culture. This paper starts with the relationship between archives and hospital culture,explores the role of archives in hospital culture construction and the way to realize it,and puts forward the innovation and expansion of archives service methods and paths oriented to meet the broad cultural needs of the audiences so as to help hospital culture be inherited and disseminated in a broader range,facilitate the hospital’s development and boost social progress.更多还原
