【摘要】 我国植物资源丰富,中草药研究及应用历史悠久。植物抑菌安全无毒,不刺激。植物抑菌剂是由一种或多种具有体外抑菌作用的植物成分所制成的制剂,其有效成分主要为植物提取物。本文对植物提取物抑菌及杀菌有效成分、抑菌效果、作用机制及应用现状进行综述,浅析植物抑菌剂产品的开发利用前景,为植物抑菌剂的未来发展提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is rich in plant resources and has a long history of research and application of Chinese herbal medicine. Plant bacteriostasis is safe, non-toxic and non-stimulating. Plant disinfectant is a kind of preparation made from one or more plant ingredients with antibacterial effect in vitro. The active ingredients are mainly plant extracts. In this paper, the effective ingredients, action mechanism and application status of plant extracts were summarized, and the development and utilization strategies of plant disinfectants were analyzed, which provided theoretical basis for the future development of plant disinfectants.更多还原
