【摘要】 目的 探讨PDCA理论在医疗设备管理中的应用。方法??选取2018年1月至2020年1月医院设备科管理维修工作中所涉及的90台医疗设备与器械作为研究对象。2019年1月至2020年1月为PDCA实施期间,2018年1月至2019年1月为PDCA实施前时间,对比实施前后设备的工作情况以及管理质量。结果??PDCA实施后的设备及时维修率、运行完好率以及档案完整率明显高于实施前,PDCA实施后的医疗设备管理质量评分明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论??PDCA循环管理是一种科学有效的医疗设备管理措施,在实施过程中可环环相扣,使医疗设备维修管理取得较好效果,促进医疗设备管理的信息化和精细化。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of PDCA theory in medical equipment management and its influence on management and acceptance quality. Methods A total of 90 medical equipment and instruments involved in the management and maintenance of equipment department in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the study objects, and the period from January 2019 to January 2020 was the PDCA implementation period, the period from January 2018 to January 2019 was pre-PDCA, comparing the performance of equipment and the quality of management before and after implementation. Results The equipment timely maintenance rate, running intact rate and file intact rate after PDCA implementation were significantly higher than those before PDCA implementation, and the management quality score after PDCA implementation was significantly higher than that before PDCA implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA circulation management is a scientific and effective measure of medical equipment management. It can be linked to each other in the process of implementation, which makes the maintenance management of medical equipment achieve remarkable results and promote the informatization and refinement of medical equipment management.
