人工智能赋能实践教学:软件工程“游泳池”实训空间设计与应用

【摘要】 实训是软件工程专业的重要教学环节,是高校人才培养与产业需求对接的重要手段。如何利用人工智能构建智能化的实训空间,为学生提供沉浸式智能训练环境,提高实践教学的效果,已成为软件工程教育及其研究的关注重点。借鉴体育训练中的"游泳池"训练法构建的"游泳池"实训,意在通过将人工智能等先进技术融入实训空间,为学生创建一种"压力系统"与"吸引力系统"共存的沉浸式工程实践环境(相当于游泳池),提升学生的自主学习能力、实践能力、创新能力和抗压能力。基于人工智能的软件工程"游泳池"实训空间是一个由封闭的物理空间("物理池")与智能的虚拟空间("虚拟池")"二池"合一的沉浸式"游泳池"环境。"物理池"是课堂集中实训的物理场所,具有"封闭、真实、抗压、快乐"等特征。"虚拟池"是学生课前自主学习、课堂集中实训、课后拓展训练的虚拟场所,包含实训业务池、实训资源池、实训学习池、实训评测池、实训管理池与环境控制池六大功能模块,可实现实训教学、评测和管理的自动化、智能化、精准化与场景化。青软实训与吉首大学等50多所高校深度合作,运用"游泳池"实训方法并采用U+新工科智慧云开展企业实训与课程设计,均取得了良好的教学效果。

【Abstract】 Practical training is an important teaching link for software engineering majors and the main method for the connection of talent cultivation in universities and industrial demand. How to use artificial intelligence to build an intelligent training space, and provide students with immersion intelligent training environment, and improve the effect of practical teaching, has become the focus of software engineering education and research.Learning from the"swimming pool"training method of sports training, the"swimming pool"training is intended to create an immersive engineering practice environment(equivalent to a swimming pool) where"pressure system"and"attraction system"coexist for students by integrating advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence into the training space, so as to improve students’ autonomous learning ability, practical ability, innovation ability and pressure resistance ability. The training space of software engineering"swimming pool"based on artificial intelligence is an immersive"swimming pool"environment which is composed of a closed physical space(physical pool) and an intelligent virtual space(virtual pool)."Physical pool"is a physical place for centralized training in the classroom, and has immersive features such as"closed, authentic, stress-resistant, and happy"."Virtual pool"is a virtual place for students to study autonomously before class, receive intensive training in class, and do extended training after class. It has functional modules such as training business pool, training resource pool, training learning pool, training evaluation pool, and training management pool. It helps to realize the automatization,intelligentization, precision and scenario of practical training teaching, evaluation and management. The"swimming pool"training method and U + New Engineering Smart Cloud are used to carry out enterprise training and practicum in the in-depth cooperation between Qingdao Software Training Education & Technology Co. Ltd and more than 50 universities such as Jishou University, and good teaching results have been achieved.
