【Abstract】 Abnormal sinus P wave(ASPW) refers to the abnormal P wave morphology, abnormal rhythm and abnormal P wave morphology with abnormal rhythm. Recently, ASPW was reported to be associated with atrial fibrillation,atrail cardiomyopathy, sudden cardiac death, stroke, valvular disease, coronary heart disease and pulmonary heart disease.
