【摘要】 目的观察血清半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)在慢性心力衰竭合并心房颤动的老年患者中的水平,探讨其临床价值。方法选取慢性心力衰竭合并心房颤动的老年患者60例(观察组)及同期就诊排除心力衰竭和心房颤动的老年患者30例(对照组),测定并比较两组血清Gal-3、N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)、左心房内径(LAD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)。随访18个月,记录两组患者心血管不良事件,分析血清Gal-3与NT-pro BNP、LAD、LVEF及预后的关系。结果观察组患者血清Gal-3高于对照组[23.77 (21.73,27.53)μg/L比8.02 (6.65,10.28)μg/L,P<0.01];观察组患者血清Gal-3与NT-pro BNP、LAD均呈正相关(r=0.387、0.876,均P<0.01),与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.553,P<0.01);观察组患者心血管不良事件发生率随着血清Gal-3的上升而增加(P<0.01)。结论慢性心力衰竭合并心房颤动老年患者血清Gal-3升高与心功能恶化相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of serum Galectin-3(Gal-3) in elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) and atrial fibrillation(AF). Methods 60 senior patients with CHF and AF were enrolled as study group, 30 elderly patients without heart failure and AF as control. Serum Gal-3, NT-pro BNP, left atrial dimension(LAD), left ventricle eject fraction(LVEF) were measured. All patients were followed up for 18 months. Results Serum Gal-3 in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). In the study group, serum Gal-3 were positively correlated with serum NT-pro BNP and LAD, and negatively correlated with LVEF(r=0.387、0.876、-0.553, all P<0.01). The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the study group increased with serum Gal-3(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum Gal-3 increase is related to deterioration of heart function in elderly patients with CHF and AF.更多还原
