【摘要】 [目的/意义]针对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控的应急情报服务模式进行研究,为国家应对突发事件的决策和处置提供借鉴和参考。[方法/过程]首先简要比较了应急情报服务模式与传统情报服务模式的区别,并通过疫情防控实践来分析应急情报的服务作用,在此基础上构建了基于重大疫情防控的应急情报服务模式。[结果/结论]应急情报服务模式是通过对大数据环境中与疫情相关的数据和信息进行收集、分析、解读与存储,并通过合理的组织架构进行情报的传递,从而为重大疫情发生前期、中期、后期的应急防控提供情报服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/Significance]To study the emergency information service model for COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control,and to provide a reference for national decision-making and handling of emergencies.[Method/Process]Firstly,the difference between the emergency information service model and the traditional information service model was briefly compared,and the service role of emergency information was analyzed through the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control practice,based on which an emergency information service model based on major epidemic prevention and control was constructed.[Result/Conclusion]The emergency information service model was to collect,analyze,interpret and store data and information related to the epidemic in the big data environment,and transmit information through a reasonable organizational structure,so as to provide information services for emergency prevention and control in the early,middle and late stages of a major epidemic.更多还原
