【摘要】 [目的/意义]通过高校涉诉知识产权侵权行为分析,侧面发现高校知识产权管理的短板,为提升知识产权保护和管理能力提供较客观、科学的决策依据。[方法/过程]文章以高校涉诉知识产权司法判例文书数据为样本,采取文本分析法对高校知识产权侵权行为进行了客观分析及数据可视化展示,进而反映了高校知识产权管理的现状。[结果/结论]高校涉诉知识产权侵权行为主要表现为侵犯著作权及著作权合同纠纷,这为高校知识产权管理的深入研究提供了较全面、基础、客观的决策参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/Significance] Through the analysis of intellectual property infringement in colleges and universities,the shortcomings of intellectual property management in colleges and universities are found to provide objective and scientific decision-making basis for improving intellectual property protection and management capabilities. [Method/Process] The article took the data of the judicial judgment of intellectual property rights in colleges and universities as a sample,and adopted the text analysis method to analyze the status quo of intellectual property infringement in colleges and universities,giving data visualization and then reflected the status quo of intellectual property management in colleges and universities. [Result/Conclusion] Infringements of intellectual property rights in colleges and universities were mainly manifested in copyright infringement and copyright contract disputes,which provided a comprehensive,basic and objective decision-making reference for the in-depth study of intellectual property management in universities.更多还原
