【摘要】 [目的/意义]通过收集国内外学者关于社交网络用户行为的相关研究,深入了解国内外社交网络用户行为的研究前沿及发展趋势。[方法/过程]运用文献分析、知识图谱可视化方法对国内外社交网络用户行为的起源和发展以及研究热点进行总结,分析未来社交网络用户行为研究的发展趋势。[结果/结论]分析结果表明,国外学者主要围绕社交网络用户持续使用行为、隐私风险对用户行为的影响、社交网络用户疲劳行为展开研究,国内学者主要研究社交网络用户的信息交互及转发行为、使用行为以及用户行为特征。社交网络用户行为的未来发展趋势将围绕用户行为画像、用户隐私、社交网络特殊用户群体以及社交网络倦怠行为来进行研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/Significance] By collecting relevant researches of domestic and foreign scholars on social network user behavior,the research frontier and development trend of social network user behavior at home and abroad are deeply understood. [Method/Process] Literature analysis and knowledge map visualization were used to summarize the origin,development and research hotspots of social network user behavior at home and abroad,and to analyze the development trend of future research on social network user behavior. [Result/Conclusion] Research hotspot analysis results showed that foreign scholars mainly focused on the continuous use behavior of social network users,the impact of privacy risk on user behavior,and the fatigue behavior of social network users,while domestic scholars mainly studied the information interaction and forwarding behavior,use behavior and user behavior characteristics of social network users. The future development trend of social network user behavior will focus on user behavior portrait,user privacy,social network special user group and social network burnout behavior.更多还原
