【摘要】 目的构建一套科学、适用的安宁疗护临床护理质量评价指标,以期为评价安宁疗护临床护理质量提供全面、系统、可量化的标准。方法以Donabedian的"结构-过程-结果"理论模式为基础,采用文献回顾、头脑风暴等方法初步拟订安宁疗护临床护理质量评价指标条目池,用德尔菲法对从事安宁疗护临床护理、护理管理、姑息医疗等工作的20名专家进行2轮函询,最终确定评价指标条目。结果 2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100.0%,专家权威系数为0.885,各指标的变异系数均≤0.20。构建的安宁疗护护理质量评价指标包含一级指标3个,二级指标21个,三级指标38个。纳入专家积极性为100.0%,权威程度为0.83,协调程度和意见一致程度均较高。结论本研究构建的安宁疗护护理质量评价指标体系具有较好的科学性与可靠性,能体现安宁疗护的内涵,为规范安宁疗护护理质量评价提供科学可靠的工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a set of scientific and applicable hospice nursing quality evaluation indicators so as to provide comprehensive, systematic and quantifiable standards for evaluating the quality of clinical nursing of hospice care. Methods Based on Donabedian’s "structure-process-outcome" model, literature review, brainstorming and other methods were used to preliminarily formulate the pool of quality evaluation indexes for clinical nursing care. The Delphi method was used to identify the indicators and their weight coefficients in the evaluation indexes. 20 experts in clinical nursing, nursing management, and palliative care conducted two rounds of consultations. Results The retrieval rate of questionnaires for the two rounds of consultations was 100%. The authority coefficient for expert consultation was 0.885, with the variation coefficient ≤0.20. The constructed hospice service quality evaluation indexes consisted of 3 first-level indicators, 21 second-level indicators, and 38 third-level indicators. The enthusiasm degree of the included experts was 100.0%, the authority was 0.83, and the coordination and agreement were both at a high degree as well. Conclusion The hospice nursing quality evaluation index system constructed in this study can scientifically and reliably reflect the connotation of hospice care and provide a tool for standardizing the hospice nursing quality evaluation.更多还原
