【摘要】 目的建立耳鼻咽喉综合护理门诊及探讨其实施效果。方法制订耳鼻咽喉综合护理门诊规范,选拔培训出诊护士,成立耳鼻咽喉综合护理门诊,提供耳专科、鼻专科、咽喉头颈专科多项护理服务,由患者、医生、护士对耳鼻咽喉综合护理门诊的实践效果进行评价。结果共选拔4名护士出诊,耳鼻咽喉综合护理门诊开展以来共接诊患者241例;患者总体满意度为95.2%;医生认为,开展耳鼻咽喉综合护理门诊可提升患者治疗效果、促进医护合作、改善患者就医体验;护士认为,耳鼻咽喉综合护理门诊可为患者提供多元化护理服务、提升护士自我价值。结论耳鼻咽喉综合护理门诊的开设满足了患者多元化护理服务需求,提升了护士的自我价值感,得到了患者和医生的一致认可。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the establishment and effect of comprehensive nursing out-patient service of otolaryngology.Methods Regulations were set up, nurses were selected, and the nurse-led comprehensive ENT clinic was established for providing otolaryngology, rhinolaryngology, head and neck specialized nursing services. Nurses, doctors and patients were investigated for evaluation of the clinic. Results A total of 4 nurses were selected for the clinic. There were 241 cases were received. 95.8% of the patients were satisfied with the nurse-led comprehensive ENT clinic. The doctors believed the nurse-led comprehensive ENT clinic could improve the effect of patients’ treatment, promote the cooperation between doctors and nurses, and improve patients’ medical experience; the nurses believed that the nurse-led comprehensive ENT clinic could provide diverse nursing service and improve self-worth. Conclusion The nurse-led comprehensive ENT clinic can meet patients’ diverse health needs, improve the self-worth of nurses, and get the unanimous recognition from patients and doctors.更多还原
