【摘要】 目的探讨临床一线护士视觉下晚期癌症患者家属的人文关怀需求。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对某三级综合医院的20名护士进行一对一半结构式深入访谈,运用Colaizzi内容分析法将资料进行整理分析,了解癌症患者家属人文关怀需求状况。结果癌症患者家属人文关怀需求3个主题为:心理支持、压力疏导以及社会支持的需求。结论医护人员应重视晚期癌症家属的人文关怀需求,提高社会支持力度,满足其相应的人文关怀需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the needs of humanistic care of cancer patients’ family members under the vision of clinical nurses. Method Using the phenomenological method of qualitative research, 20 nurses in a tertiary general hospital were interviewed one-to-one and half in-depth, and the data were analyzed by using Colaizzi content analysis to investigate the description status of humanistic care needs of family members of cancer patients. Results The description of the humanistic care needs of the family members of cancer patients by clinical nurses is psychological support,stress reduction and social support. Conclusions During the treatment of cancer patients, the medical staff should pay attention to the humanistic needs of the accompanying family members and their social support needs are needed.更多还原
